Rachelle occupe le poste de direction \u00e0 Cap Enfants depuis novembre 2019. Elle croit profond\u00e9ment que les parents sont les premiers \u00e9ducateurs de leurs enfants, et elle s’engage \u00e0 soutenir la transmission de la langue fran\u00e7aise d\u00e8s la petite enfance.<\/p>

Passionn\u00e9e par son travail, Rachelle travaille activement \u00e0 favoriser la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des familles acadiennes et francophones de l\u2019\u00cele-du-Prince-\u00c9douard. Com\u00e9dienne et enseignante de musique passionn\u00e9e, Jos\u00e9e marie les arts de la sc\u00e8ne et l\u2019\u00e9ducation avec cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Form\u00e9e en th\u00e9\u00e2tre, elle utilise le jeu, le chant et le mouvement pour \u00e9veiller l\u2019expression chez les enfants. Engag\u00e9e dans la transmission artistique, Jos\u00e9e a pass\u00e9 les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 cr\u00e9e des ponts entre le th\u00e9\u00e2tre et la salle de classe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole \u00c9vang\u00e9line. \u00c9ducatrice de la petite enfance certifi\u00e9e et coordonnatrice de programme depuis 2020. Elle cumule plus de 16 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience aupr\u00e8s des enfants, tant en service de garde \u00e0 domicile qu\u2019en garderie francophone. Tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9e dans sa communaut\u00e9, elle si\u00e8ge sur des comit\u00e9s li\u00e9s au hockey mineur et \u00e0 l\u2019autisme.
